E2- 180L Mains Pressure Replacement.
Supply and install 1 x new 180l Rheem Mains Pressure hot water cylinder in your existing mains pressure cylinders location.
Includes:
√ Removal (from site) and disposal of old H.W.C. and redundant pipe/valves.
√ Supply and installation of 180l Mains Pressure H.W.C (model 31218015)
√ Supply and installation of a new RMC Valve kit.
√ Installation complying with current plumbing codes.
√ Seismic restraints.
√ Pipe lagging of hot outlet pipe.
√ Relief drains (as required)
√ Converting low to mains pressure tapware, 1 x bathroom house. (if required)
*With all New internal H.W.C installations, it is mandatory to have a Safe/Drain tray. We will include this work as an extra cost option if it is not existing and possible to fit on your installation. When replacing a H.W.C in the same location it is unclear in the building code if this is required. On replacements we recommend the installation of a draintray as good practice but it is not always a feasible option if the drain pipe from the tray is impossible or very difficult to run externally.

-When replacing an existing mains pressure cylinder always replace all the existing valves. This will save a lot of money over the life of the new cylinder.
-When upgrading from a low-pressure system a drain pipe is required to run externally. On some houses, if there is a concrete floor below or the cylinder or it is on a upper level with living space below this can make the job hard and costly. We provide a site visit prior to sending the quote to make sure upgrading is a good option for you. (This visit is free of charge if the quote is accepted, see special conditions)
