Glossary

Parts: 
Parts are any electrical parts or valves that are provided with the water heater from the manufacturer or any valves supplied by us.
Labour: 
If the unit is faulty inside of this time and needs replacement the manufacturer will cover the replacement cost. (See the manufactures specific details about this in the links below).
Tank or Heat exchanger: 
The new tank (H.W.C) or heat exchanger part is provided only, the labour cost of replacing and any parts that maybe required to replace it is on the consumer.

Damage disclaimer:

We are not liable for Damage to building or furnishings due to leakage under the following circumstances:

– Any damage caused by leakage from pipes or fittings outside the consumers guarantees act.
– Any damage caused by leakage from pipes or fittings that have been tampered with/moved after installation. (Accidently or not).
– Any damage caused by leakage from a hot water Cylinder that is not covered by the cylinder manufacturer or by insurance companies. See note below.

Most cylinder manufactures have clauses in the installation instructions if a tray is not installed internally they will not cover any damage even inside the cylinder warranty period. This is why we recommend a tray installation on replacement H.W.C installations where possible.
