E1- 135L Low Pressure Replacement
Supply and install 1 x new 135L Low-Pressure hot water cylinder in your existing cylinder location.
Includes:
√ Removal (from site) and disposal of old H.W.C. and redundant pipe.
√ Supply and installation of new Rheem 135l low-pressure copper or Steel/enamel H.W.C (common sizing models only).
√ Re-using existing pressure valve/s and piping. Some piping alterations are included.
√ Lagging of hot outlet pipe.
√ Seismic restraints.
What you should know about this system:
*With all New internal H.W.C installations, it is mandatory to have a Safe/Drain tray. We will include this work as an extra cost option if it is not existing and possible to fit on your installation. When replacing a H.W.C in the same location it is unclear in the building code if this is required. On replacements we recommend the installation of a drain tray as good practice if possible.

-By relocating a cylinder externally there is a lower efficiency through the colder months of the year given it is in a colder climate, this is estimated to be about 5% less efficient over winter.
-With external relocation, you can make more cupboard space and havemore options inside for future renovations.
-As the H.W.C and all the valves are external there is no risk of damage to the house with any potential future leakage.
