*With all New internal H.W.C installations, it is mandatory to have a Safe/Drain tray. 
We will include this work as an extra cost option if it is not existing and possible to fit on your installation. When replacing a H.W.C in the same location it is unclear in the building code if this is required. On replacements we recommend the installation of a drain tray as good practice if possible.

-When upgrading from a low pressure system a drain pipe is required to run externally. On some houses if there is a concrete floor below or the cylinder is on a upper level with living space below this can make the job difficult and costly. We provide a site visit prior to sending the quote to make sure upgrading is a good option for you. (This visit is free of charge if the quote is accepted, see special conditions)
