E4 - 180L Mains Pressure Subfloor Relocation.
Supply and install 1 x new 180l Rheem Mains Pressure hot water cylinder in the sub floor space of your house.
Includes:
√ Removal (from site) and disposal of old H.W.C. and redundant pipe/valves.
√ Installation of a concrete pad above ground level supported with base course for H.W.C. to sit on.
√ Sealing of any old roof/wall penetration. (if required)
√ Supply and installation of 180l Mains Pressure H.W.C (model 32218015).
√ Supply and installation of a new RMC Valve kit.
√ Installation complying with current plumbing codes.
√ Seismic restraints.
√ Pipe lagging of hot outlet pipe.
√ Converting low to mains pressure tapware, 1 x bathroom house. (if required)

*With sub floor relocation in most cases any leakage from the H.W.C cannot cause significant house damage so a Safe/Drain tray is not required. If this is not the case there could be extra cost for a drain tray that we will include in the quotation.

-When installing a mains pressure system a drain pipe is required to run externally. We provide a site visit prior to sending the quote to make sure upgrading/relocation is a good option for you. (This visit is free of charge if the quote is accepted, see special conditions)
-With Subfloor relocation you can make more cupboard space and have more options inside for future renovations.
-As the H.W.C and all the valves are not above the floor there is little or no
risk of damage to the house with any potential future leakage.
