E6 – 180L Mains Pressure External Cylinder Replacement.

Supply and install 1 x new 180l Rinnai Mains Pressure hot water cylinder outside your house in the existing H.W.C position.
Connect to the existing hot/cold water piping system.

Includes:
 √        Removal (from site) and disposal of old H.W.C. and redundant pipe/valves.
√        Sealing of any old roof/wall penetration. (if required)
√        Supply and installation of 180l Mains Pressure H.W.C (ME180488E30).
√        Supply and installation of a new RMC Valve kit.
√        Installation complying with current plumbing codes.
√        Seismic restraints. (We use Stainless Steel strapping outside not the galvanized strapping commonly used)
√        Pipe lagging of hot outlet pipe.

Price $2,300 plus GST ($2,645.00 including GST)

– Upgrade to Rheem 180l Stainless (325180005) add $350+g.s.t
– Upgrade to Rinnai 275l 3.6kw (ME275685E36) add $500+g.s.t

*If the existing cylinder is not supported on a suitable concrete base there will be an extra cost of $100-$200+g.s.t depending on what is required.

Other Information:
-When replacing an existing mains pressure cylinder always replace all the existing valves. This will save money over the life of the new cylinder.
